The Knights of the Crimson Cross have a coupleof interests.  They are Lightweight Low-cost camping and security/safety.

Lightweight Low-cost Camping

Somewhere along the line the principle that camping does not have to be expensive got lost.  It has been our experience that many people believe that you need to purchase the current, state of the art, highly expensive equipment to camp thus more groups are giving up camping because it appears to be unaffordable  We emphatically say, "Not True"

The crew is developing what we hope will turn into a course that emphasizes the principles of lightweight and low-cost camping that is safe and comfortable. Stay tuned for more on this to show up on this page.

Security/Safety

As many of the crew are in or have been in the security business we can offer a  perspective on camps and community events that many overlook.  In today's trying times it is not just a case of having a few people at the front gate anymore. Risk analysis, contingency planning, patrols and active safety and security are fast becoming the norm at events. The crew offers Campsite security at Camps and other events as part of our service offering.
